Kayla Hudson, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech and Language Pathologist
Kayla graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with her Bachelor’s degree in 2017, and from Gallaudet University in Washington DC with her Master’s degree in 2019. She is licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Texas and has received her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Kayla has had the opportunity to work with adults and children in a variety of settings including public schools, a private school for deaf/Deaf/hard of hearing students, and outpatient clinics/rehabilitation centers. Her areas of interest and experience include: receptive/expressive language disorders, aural rehabilitation, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), articulation/phonological disorders, autism, stuttering, Down syndrome, and voice disorders. Kayla has received specialized training in working with deaf/Deaf/hard of hearing individuals and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). In her spare time, Kayla enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
