Dr. Kelsey Dow, PT, DPT
Kelsey was born and raised in Mansfield, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and then from the University of St. Augustine with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. Since then, she has worked primarily within the outpatient setting treating patients of all ages with various orthopedic and neurological conditions. Kelsey is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas where she is a Lead Lab Instructor for the Gross Anatomy II course. She became an LSVT BIG certified clinician in 2019, specializing her in the treatment of individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, and completed advanced training in Functional Dry Needling in 2020.
Kelsey enjoys working alongside patients with orthopedic conditions, both surgical and non-surgical, and has completed advanced manual therapy coursework in myofascial manipulation, spinal mobilization and manipulation, and advanced extremity mobilization and manipulations. Kelsey utilizes various treatment approaches when working with her patients and enjoys creating patient-specific treatment plans in order to allow her patients to achieve their maximal potential.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her two dogs- Tex and Violet, attending Texas Longhorns sporting events, and traveling. She enjoys going on medical missions to provide underserved populations with access to physical therapy services, with her most recent trips being to Guatemala City, Guatemala.
