October is National Physical Therapy Month, and this year the theme is #AgeWell. Move Forward, a sponsor of the National Physical Therapy Month Age Well movement, provides a variety of helpful health tips and articles on their website. One of our favorites is titled "9 Physical Therapist Tips to Help You #AgeWell". The tips include making sure to exercise to lower your risk of diabetes, reduce your risk of falls, increase your independence, and reduce bone loss in later years.
