Animal Walks

Not Just Animal Walks

Have your herd of animal walks? Animal walks are simple, silly, fun exercises that help children burn off energy while strengthening their muscles, improving balance, developing body awareness, promoting imaginative play, encouraging creativity and reducing anxiety. The best part is that no materials are required and they can be done inside or outside!

Here are some suggestions of common animal walks: frog jump, seal slide, penguin waddle, snake slither, bear walk, crab walk, duck waddle, donkey kicks, elephant walk, and kangaroo jump. Let your imagination run wild and see what else you come up with!
