Stuck in the house with nothing to do? You can use common household items to perform exercises! Did you know that a full gallon jug of milk/water weighs approximately 8lbs? Or that a 16.9oz bottle of water weights approximately 1lb? Also, canned goods roughly weigh 2-5lbs depending on contents. You can find the weight of each canned good on the bottom right portion of the label. Wanting to add weight to perform squats or deadlifts? Use a laundry basket and fill with canned goods/water bottles until desired weight is reached.
