Patricia (Patsy) Tate, MS,CCC-SLP, C/NDT
Speech-Language Pathologist
Patsy Tate, MS, CCC-SLP, C/NDT, is a pediatric speech-language pathologist and pediatric NDT speech instructor. She earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and brings over 25 years of clinical experience serving children from birth through adolescence.
Ms. Tate has worked in a variety of pediatric medical settings, including both outpatient and inpatient care, as well as private practice, home-based intervention, and early intervention services. She holds pediatric certification in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), advanced NDT certification for infants, and is a pediatric NDT speech instructor.
Her clinical interests include working with children with neuromuscular impairments, oral motor impairments, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and autism spectrum disorder.
Ms. Tate is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA), and the Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association (NDTA). She also serves on the Board of Directors for the NDTA.
