Dr. Isabel Tank, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Isabel grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. She attended The University of Houston and earned her BS in Kinesiology, with minors in Biology and Leadership Studies in 2020. While at UH, Isabel competed on the Women's Swim and Dive team, and helped to win the Conference Championships in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. She then attended Baylor University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2023. Isabel has worked with the pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, in home and outpatient settings. She strives to provide holistic, patient centered care to help people achieve their goals and develop skills to live their best lives. When not at work, Isabel enjoys reading, baking, being active, and spending time with friends, family, and her dogs!
