Mikayla Deavenport
Speech-Language Pathologist
Mikayla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University in 2022 and her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Texas State University, with a concentration in hearing and related disorders.

She has experience providing speech therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, expressive and receptive language delays, and individuals who stutter. Mikayla is passionate about supporting children and families by providing the tools they need to communicate effectively and build meaningful connections.

She has a special interest in working with individuals who stutter across the lifespan.
In her free time, Mikayla enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, being with friends, watching movies, and going to the gym.
