Did you know that speech therapists can help out with more than just articulation problems? Speech pathologists also help children who have difficulty understanding language, or need help using language correctly. These types of problem may not be as obvious as an articulation problem, but can still have a big impact in school and with social interactions.

If your loved one has trouble with language, consider talking to your doctor about whether speech therapy is necessary. Remember, our clinic does offer free developmental screenings. You are more than welcome to call to schedule a screening to see if an evaluation is necessary.
