Housing For Homeless and Disabled Persons

We’d like to take a moment in this Kindness Week to shed light on a fundraiser that’s taking place. Caleb Brock of Candler, North Carolina is raising money to build a shelter for people with disabilities, homeless people, and other less fortunate people in his community.

After a shelter was shut down in his area, many of the people who called the building their home were displaced. A large number are now living in the streets without basic human needs. Caleb is trying to raise the money to re-open the shelter and make it a true place where people can find sanctuary while they get their lives back on track.
