Yesterday was World Water Day, but it's not too late to donate to a water cause. According to waterday.org, 750 million people lack access to safe water. Wateraid.org has found that over half a million infants die within their first month of life each year due to the lack of hygenic conditions. In Mali, for example, one in seventeen women will lose their child to infection during her lifetime compared to one in 2,958 of women in the United States.
